Dr Felkler runs his private practice at Eledent Clinic based in Surrey and regularly receives referrals from London clinics. Embracing a Full Digital Workflow since 2017, Dr Felkler leverages modern CAD-CAM technology to design alveolar ridge augmentation in preparation for prosthetically driven implant placement, a technique referred to as Customised Bone Regeneration or CBR.

The course combines structured theoretical teaching with extensive practical training using pig jaws to closely replicate real clinical conditions. Key techniques covered include periosteal release, palatal harvesting, flap design, suturing, and methods to increase keratinised tissue around teeth and implants. Through guided hands-on sessions and clinical case discussions, participants will develop confidence in managing soft tissues predictably and effectively in everyday surgical practice.
